The agreement
These terms apply when you purchase services from Doan Distribution ("we," "us"). By signing up, you agree to them. If we sign a separate written agreement with you, that agreement controls where the two differ.
The services
We offer four systems: a custom website (new build or improvement of your existing site), missed-call text back, old quote and customer wake-up campaigns, and Google review automation. You may purchase one system ($297/month) or all four ($597/month).
What the website service includes
A website build under the monthly plan includes a template-based site of up to five pages (or improvement of your existing site of similar scope), one round of revisions, and mobile optimization. Larger builds, additional pages, e-commerce, or custom development are quoted separately before work begins.
Billing
Services are billed monthly, in advance, to the payment method on file. Your subscription continues until you cancel. Prices for new features or added systems will be agreed before they are billed.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied within your first 30 days, tell us in writing ([email protected]) and we will refund your first monthly payment in full. The guarantee applies once per client, to the first month of your first subscription. After a refund, access to systems we built is ended; anything installed inside your own accounts (such as your CRM) remains yours.
Cancellation
Cancel any time by emailing [email protected]. Your service runs through the end of the period you've paid for; no further charges after that. We may end service with 14 days' written notice, refunding any unused days you've prepaid.
Your responsibilities
To deliver, we need timely access to the systems the work runs in (for example, your CRM login, website hosting, or Google Business Profile), approval of campaign messages before they send, and accurate information about your customers and consent. You confirm that you have the right to contact the people in any list or database we work with on your behalf, and that required consents were properly obtained. Results depend in part on these responsibilities being met.
Data access & ownership
Your business data — customer lists, quotes, message history — stays yours. We work inside your systems, do not download or retain your customer data, and you can revoke our access at any time. Systems we configure inside accounts you own remain yours after cancellation; tools and templates we own remain ours.
No guaranteed results
We build and operate systems in good faith and with reasonable skill. Marketing outcomes — calls, appointments, reviews, revenue — depend on factors outside our control, and except for the 30-day money-back guarantee above, we do not promise specific results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by third-party platforms we don't control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Lafayette Parish, Louisiana.
Changes
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated by email before they take effect.
